1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all design services provided by Ant Gibbons Jr. (“Designer”) to the client (“Client”). By engaging the Designer for any project, the Client agrees to be bound by these terms.

2. Services

Designer agrees to provide graphic design services as outlined in the project proposal or agreed upon via email or written communication. These services may include branding, print design, digital assets, and related creative deliverables.

3. Payment & Invoicing

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin work, unless otherwise stated.

  • The remaining balance is due upon project completion, before final files are delivered.

  • Payment is accepted via [methods, e.g., ACH, credit card, PayPal].

  • Late payments are subject to a 5% fee per 14-day period.

4. Revisions

  • Unless otherwise specified, each project includes up to [2] rounds of revisions.

  • Additional revisions will be billed at an hourly rate of [$XX/hr].

5. Ownership & Rights

  • Upon full payment, the Client receives rights to the final, approved deliverables.

  • Ant Gibbons Jr. retains the right to display all work in portfolios, social media, and marketing materials.

  • Raw files (e.g., PSD, AI, INDD) are not included unless agreed upon in writing.

6. Cancellations & Termination

  • Either party may terminate the project in writing.

  • If the Client cancels after work has started, the initial deposit is forfeited, and additional work completed will be billed.

  • In the case of Designer cancellation, any unused deposit will be refunded.

7. Deadlines & Delays

  • Project timelines are estimates and subject to adjustment based on communication and scope.

  • Client delays in providing feedback or assets may shift delivery deadlines.

8. Liability

  • Designer is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from project use.

  • It is the Client’s responsibility to review final files for accuracy before publishing.

9. Confidentiality

All proprietary or confidential information shared during the project will be treated as confidential unless otherwise stated.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
